Access awkward as RoW seems to be in dispute by landowner who wanted to know what I was doing in his field, however, this was after accessing the tank and climbing up the ivy on the W side, but failing to find the rivet on a hands and knees search due to half the roof being ivy clad... pressure was also mounting due to close proximity of the farm. Logged good for the Centre, the other component of this trig. Landowner denied any RoW existed where the map shows, said 'we get a lot of that', I thought... you will, as the map shows a RoW, but left him too it as I was departing. NB the 'rivet' in Dusty's photo looks like a rusty nail that's standing very proud at centre of the tank's roof - my last photo, in lieu of the rivet I couldn't find. ***4 Sep 2022 update. OS Sketch shows the trig near the centre of the tank. Previous loggers rivets are near the tank's edge and are Witness Rivets.

This one was a saga - what has happened to the footpath once you get past the first field? Worked out way round field edges in thick sea fret to tank. Couldn't get on top of it but can see (we think) the rivet in the centre with encroaching ivy. Needs a prune. Need a ladder to do that!

From N, paths. Centre; standing on walk immediately to W could just make out rivet, binocs would have been good. No way onto roof solo.

SW63 019 Rivet. Also Centre. Could just make out rivet standing proud in the middle of the roof.
