OS records components as Bolt, Centre & Flagstaff. They record the Bolt and Centre as destroyed April 1963. Looking at the offset of the GR for the Flagstaff from the Bolt and Centre (which are very close to each other), it puts the FS some distance away - 8m on the Eastings and 6m on the Northing. Therefore the original FS the OS sighted to was most likely on the ground, not the roof of the lookout post. There was no FS seen on the ground, therefore only conclusion is that all 3 components have been destroyed. ***2 Nov 2022. OS Sketch records new roof and building, therefore most definitely destroyed.

OS say that the trigpoint is the flagstaff lower section only. Centre & Bolt both destroyed April 1963.
