NIce tower belonging to English Heritage. Cat standing (well louging) guard at entrance. Guide had not been on the roof and they do not allow access as part of the entry because the neighbours (quite understandably) don't like the public viewing into their garden. Lightning conductor is there, bolt may still be up there. The guide was going to take a look at the next opportunity.
