As per Nozzer's excellent instructions - nice walk up, although path was feint in parts. Parked NH 1462 9301 (very narrow roads, so careful not to annoy residents). Path starts at gate to right and just before Corry Cottage NH 1480 9299

Parked at the end of the road at the Braes followed the track up to Corry cottage, pass round the cottage to the right the followed a path north to the right hand gate, then follow this path all the way to the summit. visited with Big J

Evening walk up after arriving Ullapool earlier for Summer Isles trip over weekend. Good zig-zag path from Leckmelm farm to deer gate, then direct for 1km over rough heather-clad slopes, steep in places. Stone-built pillar in shelter cairn; cap missing, no plug; seems it was built with no FB. Excellent views. Summit of this Marilyn 138m ENE.

Return visit - same route as last year from Leckmelm. The main difference was this year the view was superb.

Cloud about the level of the top. Pleasant walk up from Leckmelm - good track up to a gate in the top fence, then struck straight for top.

vgc, stonebuilt, no cap or plug. Given as built without FB, otherwise I'd say the FB had been removed, leaving a scar. In stone shelter, on fine rocky summit. Great view. Visited on a sunny afternoon, on foot following a path from Ullapool, while car wheel bearing was being replaced. First longish walk since foot injury- was aching a bit afterwards. Previous visit 6/5/01 was direct from road.
