(2629) Layby on - the very busy - Uppingham Road for viewing the water tower. Rivet and flagstaff, though no flagstaff present today.

OS records Flagstaff and Rivet as components. The smaller (in diameter and height) tower, closer to the road is the one and it has a flagstaff. No access to search for the rivet.

Rivet (not accessed) and Flagstaff - both 4th Order. Unusually, the newer smaller WT nearest the road does indeed have a flagstaff. No flag.
