Flagstaff gone from main tower, bolt may be still there but no attempt to access. FS photographed by Jimmy has gone too. Remains, as in, building still there :-)

Currently occupied by Stonehage Fleming Services (IOM) Limited (financial/asset management for the wealthy). Had a chat with the facilities manager. Flagstaff was removed and will not be going back up, the owners want something more ornate, dramatic!. Note that the FS photographed by previous loggers here is not the one the OS sighted to, which was on the tower. The facilities manager confirmed the bolt is extant on the tower roof, but after checking with his manager was unable to allow access due to elf 'n' safety.

Looked up at it several times during the week and never once saw a flag, maybe I looked at the wrong times.

No signs of a flagstaff on the tower, there is a flagstaff in the centre of the building but this does not match the satellite photos?

Quite a dominating view from Douglas promenade, shame about the dire Best Western complex below.
