A tall pylon. The pair both have a lozenge shaped framework top to distinguish them from the plethora of pylons in the area.

Couldn't get close to it and there's a forest of pylons around the sub station, but appears to be one of a matching pair of non-standard pylons, one either side of the river.
North and South Pylons North in front to L, South the matching one behind it ... I think
