A nightmare to get to in the one-way system. Traditional Victorian building with elevated section on roof, with normal flat platform top.

The imposing Grade II art deco building dates from 1932. It stands on Quay Street in Manchester. I was in the city for a short break with the wife. I saw more of the city centre in two days than I did in the three years I spent here at the University in the early 1980s. There is no long range view from street level, just the bustle associated with the surrounding offices and shops.

Easy to find Sunlight House on Quay Street. Didn't seek access. I'm not sure what a Punch Mark would look like.
