Flat roofed, art deco style building. Agree with CJO that bolt, if extant, will be on the small tower at W side of the building. ***Update 25 Aug 2022. OS Sketch puts the Bolt on the roof a little E of the watertank.

SU31 T221 BOLT. Now the Upton Garage car workshop. Bolt would appear to be on a small tower/chimney structure one one side of the buildings roof.
