Parked in a small quarry on the badly potholed road to Cuidrach. Walked to the end of the road and followed the signposted SROW north. At an appropriate bend near two odd looking wooden structures, cut off and completed the last bit over wet boggy hill. The summit is surprisingly green and the bolt was found on the south side of a small cairn. I also spotted 3 witness rivets scattered around. I'd set off well armed with determination, stabbing screwdriver, trowel, small spade and secateurs. I didn’t need any of them. Magic spot overlooking Uig Bay.
