On a round of 3 hills from Lochboisdale, this my final on South Uist. Bolt located ~2-3m NE of the largest cairn on the summit of Beinn Ruigh Choinnich. Easily spotted on slab rock with the white(ish) mortar clearly visible. The bolt is standing proud of the rock, unknown if being extruded by successive freeze/thaw cycles or installed like this.

1" bolt 4m NE of edge of largest cairn, in small recess of large area of uneven slabby rock. Cold windy sunny evening. Revisit, last here 2 decades ago, was unaware of the bolt.
