Had to proper graft for this one struggled getting the detector plate up. Great view to the Mellbreck ranges super find Chris and assistant. Easy walk up on prow chilly breeze cloudy a bit now but still sunny.

Small round depression at local high point. Dug down through stoney soil to find metal plate. OS inscribed. 6” beneath in a rock crevice is a concrete pad with 3” bolt. 23.5m from wall to north.

Great walk up the bridleway and up to watch hill and on to setmurthy common no find block but two wainwrights and a maralyn back down through slippy forest about 5 k.

metal detection required. clambered up through woods. mountain bike trails somewhere between ridiculous and suicidal..i must be getting old. quite the view though you have to wander around to get much inland vista.

Short walk from roadside verge parking (NY 1516 3144) for the 2 Watch Hill hills. Walked over this spot, but no prodding or digging implements with me.
