GPS indicated seaward side of track at top of steep bank. Finding stones I dug down a spade depth and probed a further foot down but only soft soil down there. GPS actually indicated 2m down bank but within error range. Convenient parking adjacent off main road

Dog walking territory with open access from A597 due E. Location is at edge of a steep embankment above rly track. RoW immediately adjacent leading down the embankment seems to be no longer.
