Visited after Yarnbury trig - whole area is like an industrial museum and the chimney impresses- you can’t miss it that’s for sure.

Only came up to visit New Edge Pasture pillar but found the whole area fascinating and wandered around the whole site, only realised this was an intersected station several weeks after the event! With Lucy Frost & Ceri Evans.

Revisit whilst on old map BM hunt in the area, I got 4 fantastic old Pivot BMs on my walk. I arrived Grassington on the 08.25 72 Skipton to Grassington bus.

Great area on Grassington moor loads of industrial heritage. Chimney looks impressive on the moor good views everywhere .

Linear Walk from Grassington to Conistone visiting New Pasture Edge Trig, Lead Mine Chimney Intersected Station and Conistone Moor Trig. Weather was alternately sunny or cloudy with a cool breeze throughout. Views were very good throughout.

Approached via the mine workings in Hebden Beck. The chimney has been restored and is in good condition. This must have been a bleak place to work.
