There were some scenic views across to the wetlands in the distance. Very difficult to reach the trigpoint due to the sheer amount of vegetation swallowing the pillar.

Took a while to locate. OS Landranger not detailed enough. Time has moved on a lot since last pictures, not trees, dead or otherwise to give any clues. Tried close up with an online OS map, helped a bit, but it was really just a stroke of luck or getting a nose for locating pillars but as I looked into the hedge near where I was standing I could just make it out. For future reference, took footpath from near corner of road at Moze Cross in north west direction. At a clump of trees and another footpath heading south east, bear north west on north side of hedge. I counted 76 paces back to this spot from the pillar. It is covered in brambles. Trod some down to see the FB, lucky it faces north. Good views across open farmland. Rewarding find.

Hell - took ages to hack our way in. At one point stood on top of spider and didn't realise, the hedge and branches were that thick and dense. Asphalt plug. Located under a dead tree in middle of hedge. There is a big clear route in now - bag it while you can! See march 2009 photo to see how hedge row has changed, tree now collapsed

parked by the house on the bend south of the trig and walked back up the road to the R.O.W. Followed that before taking detour along hedge row to trigs location. Still completely covered in brambles as mentioned by previous logger and although I arrived armed with gardening gloves and secateurs, dark was coming on and it started to rain, so didn't bother trying to reach it, just took my n, s, e & w pictures and the 360 video and left. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsygrX9q0LY
