Trig has a nice view from its location and the weather was nice today usually raining or snowing when I pass here.

A HuMP within the Brecons Beacon National Park. We walked up from the edge of the forest to the SE of the trig over rough ground sprinkled with shake holes. Several wild ponies grazing, not skitish, but they don't like humans coming too close. The pillar has some serious cracking to one side in particular; 3 sight holes open, the one below the FB sealed; cap missing and no plug. Very good 360deg views, especially to the main Brecon hills to the north - Pen y Fan and Corn Du very prominent. Returned by walking E to Llyn-on Reservoir over some very boggy ground, then along a suprisingly busy minor road that heads towards Penderyn - our next trig.
