(3511) Parked on Bayton Road. Easy walk from there. Miner's Welfare Park - built, in part, on reclaimed colliery land. Bit bleak and muddy today. My GPS was all over the shop as well, and just before I was about to give up, it settled down enough to find and bag this one. Unusually large concrete block, the bolt has broken off but what remains is easy to spot. Also an arrow cut is present, so presumably a BM as well, though it doesn't appear on the BMD list. A good find by Rob.

Large concrete block in middle of small path immediately W of mound, SE side of ivy covered tree which overhangs the path. Bolt is broken off flush with concrete and hard to spot, only found when my boot then spade caught the edge of it. Fortunately the block was already exposed else I'd not have found it as GPS was all over the place. Scrubby area in public park. I parked on road to S and followed mapped path

Small clearing at position. However, having clambered through the brambles to get to the GR, its had a dump of rubble containing a lot of bricks and metal put on top.

Took a diversion off my walk up the Coventry Canal to try to find this one. Although there is a nicely maintained park surrounding this grid reference the actual given coordinates took me to the top of an area of scrubland. I fought through the trees, bushes, brambles and found......nothing.
