Took the advice of the previous log and took a saw to the root, after doing that we can now confirm a bolt does still exist. Given a high score because of the enjoyment I got from this one. Great views back over Liskeard. And no knarley cows in the field today.

Concrete ring embedded in top of low hedgebank immediately SE of water tank, an easy find but no bolt. It appears to have been pushed sideways a few cm: cutting a tree root will hopefully reveal the bolt - next visitor take a saw. Cows in field a little aggressive, was pleased to get back to road. Verge parking to N near rly bridge, which has a cut BM
