Building has been redeveloped into flats called Lilly Court. Bolt should be located on the roof but it may have been destroyed by the redevelopment.

Eli Lilly's was a pharmecutical company, with this site constructed 1939 and closed 2007. Whole area is now undergoing a massive £200m redevelopment, although could get no closer than 260m from the trig, so not entirely certain the factory building in question remains or not, but strongly suspect it will not have survived.
