This trig point was probably a replacement for the nearby destroyed Fleet Odeon (TP21470). Roof was inaccessible to see if the rivet is still there but a ladder is visible at the rear of the building which would allow access to the roof if permission could be obtained. Not sure if this Technograph is related to the Technograph Microcircuits in Portsmouth.

I'm not certain how old the block of flats and shops is, but it may replace the Technograph (whatever this is/was).
