Accessed from the meadow side but couldn't find it

Parked to the west in the Black Dam Ponds car park and from there it was a 5 minute walk to the TP location. Searched for the block without success. There is a large pile of old grass cuttings covering part of the TP location as well which didn't make the search any easier.
