(1196) Drove down the heavily potholed track adjacent to the sewage works, and viewed the general area from the bottom of that. Storm Erik whipping it up, so didn't hang around. Block reported destroyed in the 60s.

Another detour. Offshore trig (1954-1963), not far from the former pillar (1939-1963) with which it shared its fate. Oddments of concrete on the beach could be anything.
