Rock Lane may have been a lane once, but no longer. I penetrated to approx GZ but was unable to do much, even extricating myself was difficult it was so scrubby. Once out in the large paddock to the NE, walked NW but the gate the OS measured from has gone. The 111.2m measurement from the SE could still be made, but operating within the 'lane' would be awkward so declined. A 2-man job perhaps.

GPS indicates hedge a few metres S of summit. Old hedge, a little overgrown, 10 mins probing around an obvious gap produced nothing. Ground a little firm this morning
