Spent half an hour here but failed to locate the block. The EP (electricity pole?) in the OS sketch was the best bet to locate the block's locat, but it has gone and none of the other measurements can be made with enough precision. Measured out the 72.1m and then estimated the angle for the 7.93m across the road. It placed the block either within the thorn hedgerow, or perhaps just beyond, in an arable field plantedwith a cereal crop. It's not a dense hedge, I managed to crawl through it into the field, but was unable to do any meaningful probing of the ground, and less so any digging.

In S hedge or perhaps more likely N edge of field. A few mins probing in fairly soft soil found a few stones. 2023 update: OS sketch will hopefully help - thanks jonglew

GR also in field near hedge. To survive it must have been buried quite deep as the field is ploughed deep and to very close to the hedge.
