(3015) RAF Witchford, the site of which is now a mix of agriculture and business park. The OS marks the stations destruction in Sept 1962. No sign of any remains for the water tank. There is a little museum nearby but closed on a Saturday alas.

Reached ground zero, hardstanding in front of Kindertons vehicle sales reception hut. A few repurposed nissen huts the only trace of former airfield use

Gone - gates locked but couldn't see it on the skyline - so reported destroyed probably means the whole thing.
