Couldn’t find the block. Suspect it’s located near the northeast corner of the bridge by the road where line of sight visibility to adjacent trig points would be optimum.

TP23561 Approximate position where the block should be located.

GR was indicating approx 1.5m from N parapet, in middle of the road. Possibly this block, if extant, is trackside, beneath this disused railway bridge. Had a poke around down below but wide grass verge is near enough solid beneath the surface. ***25 Aug 2022. Note OS sketch shows it topside at roadside.
