16-floor, 50.0m high, residential apartment block. Visible for several miles, certainly from Selsey 10km distant. Remember this being built so probably very early 1960's. Outline only is shown on 1961-2 1:1,250 map, whilst 1968 map names it and the apartment numbers. OS lists components as Bolt and Mast: no access for the former and did not conclusively see a Mast.
