Flagstaff gone, Rivet not investigated

Flagstaff destroyed. Rivet assumed to be at the top of the tower and hence inaccessible.

TP23948 Tower where the flagstaff and rivet should be located.

The school is now a retirement complex named Whispers Park Care Centre. Flagstaff has gone, Rivet may be extant but didn't investigate. They were both installed atop the tower to LHD side of my photo. The building is Grade II listed, constructed 1910.
