Easy to find on grass verge not far from M2. Picked this up on the way back from Dartford Heath Parkrun. Chipped on the corner of the trig. probably quite a nice view before the housing estate was built.

Approaching from south from A2 junction, left at roundabout, past retail stores, about four hundred metres beyond, on the left, west of the road, up a bank, behind a bus stop. Fairly uninteresting if unusual location. Easy find and accessible. No views now except for road and houses. Chipped corner on top. Cap missing. Raised S prefix.

I bet it can remember when it was all fields round there. Slight damage at the top as previously mentioned with the ground slipping away and exposing the base. Not a particularly interesting spot but good that it hasn't been destroyed.

As my closest trig and one that's on the side of the road, I've walked past this one numerous times on my way to the shops. Even brought people here on occasion to explain what trigs are. Happy to get it logged - simply walked up from home with the dog. Not in too bad a condition but some deterioration on the top.

My first trigpoint in an urban location, and the first one I have visited during the course of my work -- which is nice ! Glad to see that the developers saw fit to preserve the pillar.

Located on pavement at the side of urban road, pillar is damaged, and appears to of been urbanised - With Graffiti, cigerette ends and sweet wrappers in the hole left after someone has "chaved" the plug! I suppose what you would expect for this type of location - still, at least it's still there!

As previously described this trigpoint sits by a footpath alongside a main road though a modern housing development. It is so well sited that it is hard to believe that it is in its original position. However, the measured NGR is very close to the base data. So, a pat on the back for whoever decided to leave it there.

On the edge of the pavement on Boucher Drive in Gravesend. Top corner chipped off and plug missing but otherwise in good shape for an urban trig.
