(3571) Tackled this from Dychurch Lane. Pleasant, if not a little boggy, walk on the PRoW straight to the pillar. Listed on here as being in Northamptonshire, but does it actually sit just inside Bedfordshire? Anyways, pillar in fine condition, with all its metalwork present - centre cap with deep indented lettering. Pillar history: Built on the 27th of February 1952, at a cost of £15 9s 6d. Last maintained by the OS in March of 1973.

This is one of my closest trigs and a simple enough walk from the layby with the Prow just infront to the left of it. Followed the field boundary up and it was on the left

circular walk from Bozeat along Three Shires way and back via Easton Maudit. A wet and dreary day. Had to clear brambles to get to trig point.

Parked just off main road on private road close to bridleway to the northeast. Ten minute stroll across field later & pillar next to hedge where footpath crosses bridleway. vgc with cap intact

Looked at this one at first from farm gate - then looked at previous logs and drove to where Three Shires Way crosses the road and parked there - nice enough walk in from there along bridleway to pillar - good condition located at field edge.

A pleasant walk along a short stretch of the Three Shires Way on an equally pleasant afternoon. I parked a few yards from the footpath on the lane to the north east. The T/P is in very good condition and is complete with all it’s metalwork. The views are wide open but fairly uninspiring Bedfordshire / Northamptonshire flat(ish) arable farmland.
