Parked at the end car park in Muirshiel Country Park then took the track towards the mine to cross the River Calder at the second bridge where I then headed directly for Misty Law which involved a steep crossing of the Rathy Burn. Then onto East Girt Hill, contoured around HoS to West Girt Hill before having a break at Hill of Stake where there was a lovely cooling breeze on a very warm sunny day. A direct return route to the bridge via an easier/higher crossing of the Rathy Burn then on to bag the pretty Craig Minnan before returning to the car, a bit hot and dehydrated.
