Boulder now moved and on its side. Base of traffic cone still there with pad and bolt inside. With CJ.

Found easy enough, ringed by the base of a traffic cone. Jon, Dusty and myself left it a tiny bit easier to find. :D

With Dusty and Jimmy. Trig was marked with base of a traffic cone, but becoming very overgrown so not obvious. Dug away surrounding turf to expose the block nicely, replaced cone base and inserted a large stone which was suitably etched with a cut mark and initials for expected next bagger :-)

There hadn't been any recorded visits since 2013 so thought this might be tricky. Arrived to see verge just a mass of weeds and rubbish. Had a rake about kicking things and then my foot made contact with the cone base. Unfortunately it was completely filled in with soil. Got the wee emergency shovel from the boot and soon had it cleared and good to see the wee bolt again.

It's in there

No chance - the vegetation was getting on for 3 feet high in places. Needs a visit when the grass isnt so long!

This took quite a bit of poking around to find, partly because the grass has already grown very lush for this early in the year and partly because I'd forgotten about the cone base, which was still nearby though not actually on top of the bolt. I replaced it. Splendid view to the Lomonds now that rain had cleared.

I'd like to take the credit for finding this one but cant. Its been used recently by someone who knew just where to dig. On the sketch it should be a litle more SouthWest. Theres a faint yellow arrow painted on the road pointing to it.
