Parked at the end of the wind farm road and followed it uphill until it emerges from the forest. Headed NE directly towards the trig over a km of boggy ground. Trig in good condition. No flush bracket. Good views all round with plenty hills to identify. With Nozzer.

Cap intact. No FB or slot for one. Looks to have been used in construction of turbines. Would have been 10/10 except I had to carry 15 kg of granite over the summit for a geologist colleague.

vgc, white, metal cap, wide raised letters. Built without FB. Fairly compact summit, decent view. From SE, track, gate then easy slopes.

Fine walk up despite the bad weather. No flush bracket to be seen. Good views all round. Pitty its winter as would have been fantastic during the summer. Will probably come back myself. Forgot main camera so using phone for pics... unfortunetly the sony e W810i doesnt quite match up to my original sony e D750i so pics not that great sorry
