Good condition FBM by roadside. Easy to spot at this time of year but there's a lot of dead bracken so might be tougher in summer! No height tag.

On west side of road, c 9m from road, in small clearing within tall grass/ bracken. brass rivet. Parking on verge.

I parked a bit before and walked down. Easily spotted the FBM from the road.

Nice spot alongside the River Naver. FBM sits precisely 9m (as measured) on W side of road. All OK other than a missing height tag.

A bit of a diversion for this one while driving from Durness to Thurso. As it was a YSM and only a round 25 miles off our route, decided we might not be back so had to go for it. At least this one wasn't buried in bracken.

Thanks to Rob/Peregrinus spent a few minutes wandering along the roadside looking ten metres to the east. Started to rain, went back to the vehicle for jacket and spotted it close by five metres to the west side!

Found on the way to our next campsite very close to the road in good condition. Can't believe this hasn't been logged for so long. It's a lovely setting. The loch was very peaceful and still when we passed with perfect reflections of the hills and trees in the water. Re-logging as originally found as Maxiboo22 but consolidating all finds under the one account.
