My second visit, mostly a different route. Previous experience prompted me to drive down and park by the footbridge just beyond Faseny Cottage rather than finish the walk with a steep climb back up to the road. Then a clockwise route following bulldozed tracks to Little Says Law, a heather bash along the border fence to the pillar and then the long sometimes undulating track that swings SW then N round Dunside then follows Faseny Water back to the start. Storm's 400th Pillar - wanted to do a County Top to mark the achievement - got two for the price of one!

Took counter clockwise route from Fasney Cottage, you can actually walk a long time without seeing a wind turbine - or a tree! You could quite conceivably drive all the way to the TP in a 4x4...For such a remote TP I didn't expect to see anyone else (except perhaps gamekeepers) but 100m from the summit I met a couple coming down on the clockwise circuit. They weren't Trig-bagging, but bagging County Tops, so were delighted that they'd scored a double hit (this is on the border of East Lothian and Berwickshire) with this one!

A fine wild drive from the Borders via Longfordmarcus and another hill to now wave at with fondness when wandering the Cheviots.
