After heading north through Wraxall turned west along B3120, after half a mile turned north onto lane. Looking at map, seemed to be in the back garden of one of the houses. Pulled over on roadside. First house I tried knocking at the door there was no answer, studied detailed map on here and decided it was the wrong house anyway. Headed south about two hundred metres. Went to house which seemed to be more promising. Knocked but no answer. Looked over gate into back garden. Spotted pillar under a tree. Bit annoying. Tempted to walk through but didn’t. Tried for a closer look from the paddock to the south. Raised S prefix. Might try again another time to put it right.

Most unusual. The lady at the house is clearly getting blasé about trig-baggers asking if they can wander into her back garden - she just casually says "Yes, it's through the gate at the side here, then through the big gate at the back, and just to the left of the pond". I tried not to tread on the emerging springtime flowers in the lawn...

This garden is amazing with a great lawn, mature trees and large pond. FB number has a slight flaw to the 2 and 7 not unlike TP2774. the concrete texture of pillar has a brickwork pattern cast into the surface. I awarded an 8 my two assistants insist it is worth 10.

The pillar is situated in a delightful private garden; the occupant of the house was kind enough to allow me access and we had a brief chat about why and when the pillars were built and how they were used. It has a metal cap with shallow letters and FB S//3274. The boundaries of the property prevent any view from the pillar but it is in a lovely setting close to a pond and amongst the trees and shrubs of the garden.

Wow! what a garden, Trig kept in good condition (the lady said she polished the flush bracket) plug in tact. The lady was fascinated by the interest in trig point bagging. This must be the best kept trig I have seen, well worth a visit.
