My third 10*** pillar in two months, and also my third ever. They're like London buses, except none of them are in London. Excellent condition (especially now it has a new plastic cap) and a very easily reached roadside location in a pretty village.

Parked on Station Road. The pillar can be found next to the road at the edge of a field with no fence. The cap was missing, so I replaced it.

An easily accessible trigpoint by the roadside. Not especially prominent views, but in a nice part of Essex. It's unusual to have another trigpoint so near!

Walking whole of Essex Way over six days and today is the last section from Lawford Church to Harwich before getting train back. This trig point was only just off the Essex Way.

A roadside pillar. The plug is missing. All sightholes are closed. Traces of paint on top and all faces. Can just see the River Stour looking N.

It is definitely there, just by the entrance to the Strangers Home campsite. The supposedly nearby "Brick Bar" trigpoint is not marked on my 1:25000 maps.

Built 11/60 to replace Brick Bar (TP1619) according to Trigonomy - unfortunately this is now lying on its side at the end of the hedgerow, with the FB prised off ... [I'm assuming this is the case as I can't find anything standing and it seems unlikely a TP removed 40+ years ago would still be lying there]
