Quick stop off on way to The Cloud, and my first ever Trig Point bagged in Cheshire. My GR reading most inaccurate I've ever recorded, wonder why it was so far off today? Also, my 27th bagged FBM and the first I've come across with an FB. Worth visiting.

Located in a very nice area. However, comparing my photo with some of those on here from 2018, there is now sadly a chip in the top right hand corner of the "mini trig" on the flush bracket side. The chip was present in 2019 photos. Hence, looks as though the chip occurred between 2018 and 2019.

6/7 Bagging trigs on way back to Sheff after dropping Aussie bound son off at M'chester airport. FBM easily found in a small section of grass verge on Park Road. No views. Trig has a corner chip missing off its top, but I'm glad the little block is still there.

Very pleasant little spot and as so often with these trigs results in a walk I've always ignored in favour of the Pennine. Fine parkland and then the strange hinterland to Gawsworth before rising to the sentinel of the North Midlands at Sutton Common, treated to the first hail of the Autumn...
