A stud (more of a metal mushroom really), 50 paces east of the Howitzer, take a direct line from the Howitzer to the Lion and Calf. Set in a small patch of concrete within some rocks. I went looking for this, plus another on Brant Fell because my OS Explorer map has both of them down as trig points. Could not find anything likely on Brant Fells but am glad to finally contribute a new location to this site!
