Walked out to this from boat how nice dry walk past the stone circles.The bolt is still there at the east side of the trig in vgc as always in the lakes great views when its clear.

I've scored 9/10 for the fantastic views (sunny day).A nice walk up, from Beckfoot Bridge and returning the same way.

Bolt was hidden again. I rearranged the cairn a bit. Within a few cm of highest point of outcrop. From Miterdale car park - visited Illgill Head first - lovely circuit.

Well done Dal a good find. I did a circular walk from Boot up Boot Bank passing several old dwellings and a deep mine shaft then onto Bleatarn Hill where thanks to Dal I found the Bolt then descending SW visiting the three nearby Tarns, Bleatarn was very still today perfectly reflecting the surrounding fells I then descended to Beckfoot and followed the railway back to Boot, Excellent fell very enjoyable walk

Station T008 in Secondary Block NY11. Bolt levelled at 289.864m. I have respected the OS name, but do not be deceived it is on Bleatarn Hill above Boot. Delightful walk - I started at Beckfoot Station. This is the first time I have had to dismantle the summit cairn to find the Bolt. I re-built the cairn, with the Bolt visible from the east side.
