Parked on lane below, good track from farm to nearly the summit, got challenged about trespassing by a young landowner GMOL but he let me go on my way when I said it was a national park. Easily found the bolt hole still exposed lovely warm sunny morning no wind spectacular views first fell in lakes for seven months bonus synge top as well.

Don't normally go for buried blocks but had to look for this as it had previously been found - hats of to chrisbombington. Who would have known it was only a few inches down? Easily found with GPS although grass had largely reclaimed it after 16 months since previous logger. Cut out a square of turf and left the 2" domed bolt and its concrete block exposed. Also retrospectively discovered the hill, Pike, is a tump - a billy bonus!

Trekked across from Walla Pike and found it, still uncovered at the bottom of its hole, by GPS. On one of the grassy summit mounds.

Quick look, out running on a rainy day, no tools or inclination for probing. Good to know it's there though. Nice viewpoint.
