From woodland car park due S (SW 6577 4402). RoW leads NE, then N to where it turns into the golf course, from there a small divert to the hedgerow. The cabin closest (it's very close) was occupied so didn't spend any time sifting the remains for the bolt.

Golf shop closed late pm, helped myself (not accessible from RoW). Remains found in N side of hedge in gap, as per CJO, except I failed to find the bolt

Remains Behind R end of Cabin 125

Now a holiday destination. We asked at the golf shop and access was freely given. Platform is in a sorry state behind cabin number 125. Concrete plinth smashed but we found the bolt under a turf cover and dug it out and tidied up.

Bolt still quite clear of vegetation etc (after Dusty's visit a few days previously), but I gave it another wipe.

Developments in Portreath have now progressed to within about 100m of the Platform, which can readily be accessed from the road. I wasn't convinced the Platform was as horizontal as it should be. The Bolt was covered, but was revealed by a bit of gardening (secateurs useful).
