1 inch bolt. House owner kindly allowed us into back garden after Jon had explained our mission. Original boundary fences intact and sketch dimensions and two long tapes quickly led us to the block under an inch of turf, carefully excavated and then reinstated. That's the last of the Harris Lewis blocks outed.

Inaccessible to me as no-one was in. The 2k5 maps show the change in land usage since the block was installed. Quite possible it's now lost to landscaping since the house was built, c1976. ***Re-visited 9 May 2023 with peregrinus. Spoke with the very friendly lady owner. I explained the mission and she allowed us access to search. Boundary fences are still extant which allowed accurate measuring despite copious low scrubby conifers and other undergrowth impediments. Block with 1" bolt located 3-4" down.
