GPS places this just on (very) rough of the golf course near an old gateway. Area is strewn with rocks probably sourced from the adjacent collapsed wall. Some passing golfers explained that a water trench had been dug here recently. So its probably gone, or under trench/wall debris. Dog walkers do not clear up after their pets around here.

Prodded around near the GPS reading, by the notice. Hit a few things but they were probably from the dry stone wall. Lots of golfers
