According yo OS benchmark site this is 1.2m west of wall junction on opposite side (south side) of the road. Trig is on north side of road. However, both the north and south sides of the road are lined by large flat rock slabs acting as a pavement. Lots of stuff worth digging, but nothing found. Pretty sure its there. A job for winter.

Parked down on main Rd and walked across fields on FP direct to site. Had a good prod round with pole but couldn`t find it. Mud didn`t help.

Drove along Thurgory Lane and had a quick look but no sign of surface block - may revisit if anyone else finds it!
