(852) Coming from the A1614, a drive over the world's most rickety bridge takes you to the start of the footpath. Room for parking as well. About an 8 minute walk to the pumping station. After a prolonged dry spell, the top of the bank was pretty solid and unforgiving, which made probing down very hard going. And alas, the block went unfound. One for another day. REVISIT: 23.3.19 Back in the area today, so was keen to tick this one off the list. Took a little while to find, but nothing serious. Soil more agreeable to probing this time around! A relatively small block with a 2'' bolt. Arrow mark cut into the block.

Previously visited in January - ground frozen hard and covered in snow; gave up. Much better conditions today but still took a while to find. Eventually located on top of the embankment as per CJO's description; the alignment of building and distant tree was useful. Flat and windy spot with distant views of motorway and power station.

2" bolt with BM in a smaller than normal surface block ~20cm square. On top of and on centre line of flood embankment/levee near a small pumping station/sluice gate. 17.4m from an electricity pylon to the SE. 23.3m from corner of wooden fence by sluice to north. River Don still tidal at this point and flowing fast today with large trees bobbing in the river.
