3rd time unlucky, Garmin tended to favour hedgeline 3m S of gateway. Some flattish concrete almost block sized but too small and uneven and no sign of a trig mark. Hoped to have Trimble for better accuracy but underestimated the inefficiency of their license renewal process

GPS favours field side of hedge or hedgeline. Found sizeable chunk of concrete possible remains but doubtful. Several false positives in stony ground. Revisit for ex water tank I missed last time.

GR in hedge line from GPS - agree with Peregrinus.

Should be W verge of concrete road. GPS was wandering a bit but generally favoured the hedgeline or slightly W of hedge on field side, although road verge would seem more usual. 30mins or so of extensive prodding under hedge and on both sides found nothing but a few pebbles. Vegetation was low, with nettles just starting to make themselves felt, would be difficult in summer. Could be buried. Could do with a sketch if there is one. Nice tranquil location though.
SB should be R of road close to hedge
