60m into large arable field on a low ridge, presumably lost to agriculture. Informal field edge path from N, parking at road end

(1201) Parked up at the bottom of School Lane - which meant reversing out part of the way, and walked the short distance to the location given for the block. Which is/was in the middle of a field. Suspect this one is now gone. Nice to explore the rest of Holmpton whilst here. Churchyard carries a memorial plaque to the WWII plane crash here. Resonated with me as it had taken off from RAF Bottesford in Leicestershire, and I had only recently been there. Caught the BM on the nearby village hall, but missed the one on the brick built church.

~250 ft into the field from the clifftop path. Didn't venture in. A memorial in Holmpton churchyard commemorates a plane crash on this site.

Location is in the middle of a large wheat field. Nice walk along cliff path. Local infomation suggests a hedge running parallel to the coast was grubbed out 12 or so years ago. I suspect the block would have been on this hedgeline.
