The Longships Lighthouse stands on the highest of a group of rocky islets a mile to the west Lands End. The lighthouse was observed from the spectacular cliff tops of Land’s End and appeared to be in good condition. The views from the mainland are magnificent. Wolf Rock Lighthouse and the Isles of Scilly could be seen in the distance. The lighthouse was a listed building until 1990.
