Dockyard bell monument is in a good condition in its original location next to the historic main gate. I think some previous loggers have got this dockyard bell momument confused with TP25009 Dockyard Bell (which has moved location).

On tall column at roundabout at entrance to The Historic Dockyard. Would this be it? NB, status was already "Moved" before my visit. Official OS location of "Dockyard Bell" is TQ 76473 69780 ("Destroyed 10/92") - this is the big roundabout at the W termination of the A289. My logged location TQ 76180 69710 is a few metres SW of the smaller roundabout where you turn into The Historic Dockyard car park. The location currently on TUK i.e. TQ 75857 68903 is on the wrong (W) side of the perimeter wall near a chapel - no public access I think. So I'm just guessing the bell now at the entrance is it. However this Geograph page http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1613094 seems to confirm it's the original - and indicates there are some info panels which I should have studied!
Dockyard Bell? Is this the one?
